Koerner Construction was founded in 2005 by Dale and Kristy Koerner — Dale a superintendent for a national construction company, Kristy a retail management veteran who knew what taking care of customers actually means.
After Dale’s passing in 2019, Kristy carried the company forward with the crew he trained — same standards, same handshake, same phone number. Two decades on, most of our work still comes the old way: a neighbor who saw the last job.
